Elderflower(Sambucus nigra) - Traditionally used for centuries all over the world for its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Used topically may help reduce pain and swelling in joints due to some forms of arthritis and is used to stop bleeding.

Hyssop(Hyssopus officinalis) - Hyssop is used for digestive and intestinal problems including liver and gallbladder conditions, intestinal pain, intestinal gas, colic, and loss of appetite. It is also used for respiratory problems including coughs, the common cold, respiratory infections, sore throat, and asthma. As a medicinal herb, hyssop has soothing, expectorant, and cough suppressant properties.The plant also includes the chemicals thujone and phenol, which give it antiseptic properties.
Mullein Leaf(Verbascum thaspus) - Coats a sore throat and eases coughing. Acts as an anti-inflammatory.
Caution: Hyssop's high concentrations of thujone and chemicals that stimulate the central nervous system can provoke epileptic reactions when taken in high enough doses. The oil of hyssop can cause seizures and even low doses (2–3 drops) can cause convulsions in children. Use with caution if you are allergic to ragweed. Its use is not recommended while pregnant. Herbs have the potential for producing side effects and causing interactions with supplements and medications you are taking, ask your doctor before use.
